THE Wrexham branch of Cats Protection is trying to find a fur-ever home for an unlucky feline.

After finding himself homeless for the fourth time, the charity is hoping Tyson's striking black looks can help find him a caring owner.

Tyson has so far had an unsettled life, having run away or got lost from a previous home and become a stray, and when rehomed he struggled to fit in with family pets.

A vocal moggy, eight-year-old Tyson is now in the care of Cats Protection’s Wrexham Adoption Centre and he is certainly making it known that he wants a new home.

The charity is taking no chances of him not settling in his new abode, and are looking for a patient and dedicated owner. He will need to go to a home where he will be the only animal, and be allowed to roam outside. Tyson is also not keen on young children.

Suzan Kennedy, Manager of the Centre said: “While he doesn't like to be picked up or given lots of fusses, he is partial to few strokes around his chin.

“Tyson needs a mature household without children, with someone that will understand his needs. Ideally somewhere rural with lots of space to roam, we need to find him a home where he can settle and stay for the rest of his life.”

Tyson is just one of a number of felines at the centre looking for a new home, where staff and volunteers work hard to match cats with suitable owners.
