TWO residential child care workers based in Wrexham are set to appear before a Social Care Wales fitness to practise hearing this week.
Ben Berry and David Corrigan are accused of providing conflicting accounts to the police about what happened when a young person they were looking after went missing on an excursion, leading the police to complain about the care being provided by Mr Berry and Mr Corrigan.
The four-day hearing is due to start on Tuesday, March 19 at 9.30am at the Beaufort Park Hotel in Mold.
