A FLINTSHIRE man has been ordered to refrain from dancing in public, police have confirmed.
Marius Kasmocius (pictured) has been issued with a community protection notice (CPN) which prohibits him from doing a number of things.
The order states he must refrain from any form of boxing or dancing in a public place likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
He must not use, or encourage others to use, foul, abusive, insulting, offensive, threatening, disorderly or intimidating language or behaviour in any place in Flintshire County or towards any person.
Lastly he must not follow any individual in public.
A police spokesman said: "Deeside residents - this is Marius Kasmocius. If you see him breaching the notice please contact us immediately."
