PARENTS are urged to be vigilant after men were seen appearing to be taking pictures of children in Flintshire.
The incident occurred on Wirral View in the Rhewl area of Mostyn at about 4.30pm on Wednesday.
It involved two men in a silver Vauxhall Astra appearing to be taking pictures of young girls. Police subsequently conducted door to door warnings in Mostyn.
A North Wales Police spokesman said: "We were called at 5.50pm to reports that two men acting suspiciously in Wirral View, Rhewl who were appearing to be taking pictures of children.
"They were seen driving off in the direction of Mostyn.
"Officers then conducted door-to-door checks in the Mostyn area."
Anyone with information which might help police with their enquiries are being asked to call 101 quoting reference number X027679.
