POLICE have urged parents to know where their children are at all times after allegations that a child was approached by a car in Mold.
An incident was reported on Thursday evening claiming that a 12-year-old child was approached by a male in a silver car (believed to be a Vauxhall Astra) in the Hawthorn Avenue area of Mold.
A spokesperson for North Wales Police said: “We urge parents to make sure they know where their children are at all times when playing, reiterate to them the importance of keeping themselves safe and not talking to strangers.”
