AN ACCOUNTANCY firm thanked customers while celebrating a milestone.

Paul Towey and Mark Bostock got together and decided to form their own Accountancy firm – P&L Accountancy - in December 2017.

Having met whilst working within the finance department of North Wales Newspapers in Mold back in 2000, they are still crunching the numbers and providing advice to businesses.

After a number of years with successful solo practices whilst still working together with mutual clients, they decided to join forces and create their own firm to provide clients with a wider level of expertise and advice.

The geography of client bases meant that Mold was the obvious choice of location for the partnership and premises were secured on the High Street in the town in February 2018.

Mr Towey said: “Our skills complement each other perfectly," while Mr Bostock added: "With the background and experience we have, P&L are really able to be in touch with what our clients need.”

The firm now provides a full range of services and financial advice to over 100 clients across north-east Wales.

Councillor Karen Hodgkinson, Mayor of Mold, helped to celebrate P&L Accountancy’s first birthday on February 14 by cutting a celebratory cake, alongside friends and business associates in their offices in High Street, Mold.

She said: “It’s wonderful to see a local firm like P&L Accountancy go from strength to strength, I wish both Paul and Mark all the best for the future.”
