ONE of Wales' top funnymen will take to the stage in Wrexham during a night of Welsh language comedy.

Noson Comedi will take place at Tŷ Pawb later this month, with high-energy Pontardawe comedian Noel James lead the evening’s revelries, with his unique style of witticism and wordplay.

There will be additional performances from political comedian and musician Hywel Pitts, and former TV news reporter turned comedian Lorna Corner.

The gig will be held through the medium of Welsh throughout – seasoned speakers and budding Welsh learners alike are invited to come along and enjoy the laughs.

The evening’s fun will be a prelude to the St David’s Day celebrations at Tŷ Pawb the following day on Friday, March 1.

Noson Comedi will come to Tŷ Pawb at 7.30pm on Thursday, February 28 and tickets cost £10.
