A CONCRETE layer from Wrexham has been jailed for 28 days for breaching a domestic violence protection order.
Drunken Jason Edwards, 41, had walked into the home of his ex-partner in Derwent Crescent, Acton, on Friday when under a 28-day ban from seeing her.
She ran out to sit in her car while Edwards, of no fixed address, sat in the kitchen, said Karen Kinsey, representing North Wales Police, at a weekend court at Llandudno.
Edwards admitted the civil offence of breaking the order.
His solicitor Alex Fitzgerald said Edwards' weekly wage varied between £300 and £900.
On Friday he had finished work early because of the bad weather and went over to the house – “a stupid and foolish thing to do”.
Imposing the sentence court chair Janet Elland said : “It’s a blatant breach of a court order.”
