A DRIVER attempted to go the wrong way down the A483 in an effort to avoid police, it has emerged.
North Wales Police confirmed that on Saturday night a van failed to stop in Wrexham after seeing police.
A spokesman for the force said the vehicle then attempted to travel the wrong way along the A483.
Three people were arrested and a motorcycle was also recovered following a recent burglary, the spokesman added.
