It is being sold online by Asda for £12 and is going down very well with happy customers.

Another raved: "I was very sceptical when I bought this pillow but it seems to be working so far, it's not 100% but there is a noticeable difference in my sleeping and less complaints from the wife."

Another customer added: "At last a product that stops my hubby's snoring. Great quality at an excellent price. Actually does what it says."

Others weren't quite so sure, with one writing: "I bought this for my partner and pinned all my hopes on it for a peaceful nights sleep but after two nights of using the pillow there has been absolutely no change in the noise coming from him! Disappointingly it hasn’t helped at all."

The British Snoring and Sleep Apnoea Association are among those who have tested out the product and they were impressed with the results.

In a review on their website, they said: “Replacing our old duck feather pillow with the Silentnight Anti-Snore pillow had an instant effect.

“It was immediately clear that there was a significant improvement in both snoring frequency and volume.

“The shaped foam core and medium foam core and medium firmness contribute nicely to the overall feeling of comfort.”
