FIREFIGHTERS were called out to a Mold school to free a person's fingers from a toilet.

North Wales Fire and Rescue Service confirmed a call was received at 1.45pm on Friday reporting that a person had got their fingers trapped in the flush mechanism of a toilet at a school in Wrexham Road.

One fire crew from Deeside attended the scene and used small tools to release the person.

No known injuries were recorded, a fire service spokesman said.
