A WREXHAM high school's Christmas concert raised £300 for a children and young person's hospice.
Ysgol Rhiwabon staged the concert at Ruabon Methodist Chapel in aid of Hope House on Sunday.
The pupils gave a range of performances in front of a packed chapel as vital funds were raised for the hospice.
Mrs Melanie Ferron-Evans, headteacher, said: ''We are really proud of our students for the range of performances that they gave. The quality of their performance was excellent, and everyone really enjoyed themselves.
''We would also like to say ‘thank you’ to all the staff who helped prepare the evening.''
During the evening, Cat Dowdeswell, Hope House charity event co-ordinator, tweeted: ''Some fabulous musical performances going on here tonight so thank you for coming out and supporting @HopeHouseKids and the great pupils who are performing tonight!''
