A man has been arrested after two cars collided on the A548 near Flint on Tuesday morning.
The incident happened close to The Yacht pub at about 9.30am.
Police were in attendance and closed the road, forcing motorists to turn around to avoid traffic in the area.
The road re-opened shortly after 11.30am.
