Buckley resident Matt Hellen shared drone footage of the burst site on the outskirts of Mold, taken on Friday morning.

It shows the extent of the flooding which saw temporary closure of a section of the A541 Denbigh Road.

Residents in the New Brighton, Bryn y Baal, Mynydd Isa and Soughton areas have been affected by the burst and to minimise disruption and keep customers on supply, Welsh Water has been moving water around the network.

The company has also been using tankers to top up the network and has tasked staff to hand out bottled water at the Tesco carpark in Mold for any customers who require it.
