A TEENAGE boy has appeared in court accused of voyeurism.
It follows allegations that he used his mobile phone in a toilet cubicle.
The 15-year-old from the Mold area appeared at a youth court in Mold and admitted seven charges of voyeurism - recording another person doing a private act for the purposes of his own sexual gratification.
He also admitted making 17 category B images, and 76 category C images, together with possessing 16 prohibited images of children.
District judge Gwyn Jones rebailed the boy to be sentenced in January.
He ordered a pre-sentence report from the youth justice service.
The boy, who was ordered to register with the police as a sex offender, was told by the judge that all sentencing options would remain open.
