A MAN has been accused of wounding two police officers and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
Thomas Moustafa, 33, then at Berwyn Prison in Wrexham, has been charged following an incident at Wrexham on April 1.
Judge Huw Rees, sitting at Mold Crown Court, agreed to adjourn the plea hearing so Moustafa could be represented by a barrister.
The defendant, who appeared via a live television link from Altcourse Prison in Liverpool, told the court legal aid had been transferred but he had not yet heard from his new lawyers.
Judge Rees adjourned the case for 21 days and said he would be expected to enter pleas on the next occasion.
