A PUB could be converted into six apartments after new plans were put forward.
A planning application has been submitted to transform the former Horse and Jockey on Chapel Street in the village of Ponciau, near Wrexham.
The pub closed its doors in April 2017 after the owners said they had received regular complaints from neighbours about the entertainment they put on.
However, in a Facebook post they said the business could not survive without holding events.
It used to be owned by Admiral Taverns, but was put up for sale after shutting.
The new proposals would see the building turned into three two bed apartments, two studio apartments and one with one bedroom.
The plans will be considered by Wrexham Council at a future date.
