THE STYLE brigade was in full effect at Bangor-on-Dee races as people turned out for the annual Ladies Day.
A key focus of the day was the stunning fashion, celebrated with the annual ladies best dressed competition and featured a typical stylish onset of hats and heels that brought a touch of elegance to the course.
There was more than just pride at stake for the best dressers, with a spa package, gift voucher and a bottle of gin also up for grabs.
The main attraction was the racing though, a the national hunt made a return to the track in a day that saw seven races including the Close Brothers mares' maiden hurdle race and the feature race of the day, the Fraser Wealth Management handicap steeple chase.
