A DRUG warning has been issued to parents after police officers found discarded canisters in Broughton.
More cannisters were found in the Old Warren area over the weekend, with police posting an image of the bag of the items to show the scale of the problem.

North Wales Police (NWP) South Flintshire took to Facebook to warn parents against youngsters using inhaling “lethal gasses.”

Along with a photo of the items found, a spokesman said: “Warning: Nitrous oxide canisters (laughing gas) found up the Old Warren in Broughton. “Young people are inhaling potentially lethal gasses, [and] these dangers are heightened by this extreme hot weather. Please educate your children on the dangers of inhaling substances.”
