Firefighters were called to put out a small grass fire on the A483 near Ruabon on Monday afternoon.
Two engines, from Llangollen and Oswestry were at the scene, which currently involves around 100m of grass and bracken near to Junction 1 of the A483.
The fire service was called to the scene shortly before 3pm and at this time the cause of the fire is unknown.
