YSCEIFIOG 4
CLAWDDNEWYDD 2
THIS match was a tough one to predict before kick-off.
Clawddnewydd went into the game on the back of three successive wins, while Ysceifiog’s previous match ended in a heavy 7-1 defeat to Cefn.
However, the Flintshire side gave a good battling performance to come through for their fourth win of the season.
Goals from Tim Hughes, Tom Carney, Rob Raynor and Simon Holloway did the trick for the hosts, who ended the game with only 10 players after the sending-off of Osian Jones.
Clawddnewydd, who also had a player sent off, replied with goals from Deian Williams and Llion Jones.
