More than three years ago the Leader Camera Club was launched, and now has almost 1,000 members from across Wrexham, Flintshire and beyond.
In our feature - Behind the Lens - we meet some of those in the group who share their images and take part in challenges, contributing to the galleries in print and online.

When and why did you take up photography?
I took up photography over five years ago now, having the ability to capture the beauty of the natural world is what drew me in. I mainly photograph wildlife and landscapes, but enjoy capturing aviation, the World Rally Championships and sport also.
What do you love about taking pictures?
I love to be outdoors and amongst the nature, I love the challenge of trying to capture wildlife, and most of all I love the sense of achievement when you finally get the dream shot!
Where is your favourite place to take pictures?
My favourite place to take pictures would have to be Snowdonia. Its breathtaking wildlife and landscapes are perfect for photography.
What equipment do you use?
Canon Rebel T6, Sigma 150-600 C and Canon EOS R10.
What do you enjoy about being part of the Leader Camera Club?
I love to see everyone's pictures and share my own.
If you could photograph anyone or any place who/what would it be?
The Alaskan brown bears fishing at Katmai National Park is something I would love to see and photograph.
Anything else you think we should know?
