OLD Monty Cider has established itself as one of the best cider and perry producers in the country after claiming a slew of awards at The Welsh Cider and Perry Championships. Old Monty, based near Garthmyl, took home two Golds and two Bronzes from the championships held at Caldicot Castle, Chepstow.

VIKINGS are coming to Welshpool this June at the Powysland Museum. A week of Viking activities are being held outside the museum from Jne 12 to 18.
