(Restriction of Waiting) and (Residents Parking) Order 201 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Denbighshire County Council propose to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32, 35, and Part III of Schedule 9, of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and all other enabling powers the effect of which will be:-
To introduce limited waiting and residents parking on the length of road referred to in Schedule 1 below, subject to the times stated in the said Schedule 1, and subject to the permit charges in Schedule 2.
Exceptions will be provided in the proposed Order to permit waiting in the length of road referred to in Schedule 1 for the purposes of alighting, boarding, loading and unloading and works of maintenance, repair and the like.
Vehicles displaying a Disabled Person's Badge will be allowed to wait on the length of road specified in Schedule 1 for an unlimited period of time during the hours when limited waiting is permitted, as specified in the proposed Order.
Provision will also be made in the Order to enable residents living on the length of road specified in Schedule 1 to purchase an annual permit (for a charge set out in Schedule 2 below) which will ensure exemption from any time limitation.
A copy of the proposed Order and a map showing the length of road to which the proposals relate, and a statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order, may be examined during normal office hours at Llangollen Library, The Chapel, 19-21 Castle Street, Llangollen, on the council's website and at the offices of the undersigned.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a written statement of objection, stating the grounds on which they are made, to the Head of Legal HR and Democratic Services, County Hall, Wynnstay Road, Ruthin by no later than 15th June 2018. Please include name and address details and note that all representations received may be considered in public by the Council and that the substance of any representation together with the name and address of the person making it could become available for public inspection.

Position in which vehicles may park - wholly within the parking place as marked on the surface of the carriageway by broken white lines.
Times of Operation - 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Sunday

From a point 24 metres west of the projected westerly kerbline of *Ger y Nant' to a point 15 metres west of its junction with Willow Street.
