Wrexham County Borough Council has made a Temporary (Prohibition Of Through Traffic) Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 effective from 19/04/22 prohibiting any vehicle from using that length of Heritage Way, Tanyfron, Brymbo, Wrexham from its junction with Park Road in an E direction for a distance of 110m to enable M&J Evans Construction Ltd. to undertake Section 104 adoption of foul water and surface water works. The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure is via Park Road, Tanyfron Road, B5101, Phoenix Drive and Heritage Way and will be signposted. Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained throughout the period of closure.
The prohibition is expected to last for 24 days or until completion of the
works if earlier, with a maximum duration of 18 months.
