Rhoddir rhybudd drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam, wrtti weithredu ei bwerau o dan adran 14 Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, wedi gwneud gorchymyn sy'n gwahardd unrhyw berson (gyda eithriad i unrhyw gontractiwr sydd angen mynd at neu o'r gwaith neu unrhyw gerddwr sydd angen mynediad i unrhyw adeilad sydd wedi ei leoli ar neu ar ymyl y llwybr cyhoeddus) rhag teithio ar hyd Llwybr Troed 29 Brychdyn, yn dechrau o'i gyffordd 3 Cerney Road yn SJ 3038 5394 ac yn parhau tua'r de am tua 310 metr i'w gyffordd § llwybr troed 28 Brychdyn ar Ffordd y Coetir yn SJ 3040 5365. Y rheswm dros gau'r llwybr yw y bwriedir gwneud gwaith ar neu ger y llwybr troed.
Mae'r llwybr amgen yn dechrau o Iwybr troed 29 Brychdyn o'i gyffordd a Cerney Road yn SJ 3038 5394 ac yn parhau tua'r de ddwyrain ar hyd Cerney Road am tua 80 metr i'w chyffordd a Ffordd Bryn yn SJ 3045 5389, ac yna tua'r de ar hyd Ffordd Bryn am tua 230 metr i'w chyffordd a Francis Road yn SJ 3048 5367, ac yna tua'r de orllewin ar hyd Francis Road a Brake Road am tua 110 metr i'w chyffordd a Ffordd y Coetir yn SJ 3040 5360, ac yna tua'r gogledd ar hyd Ffordd y Coetir am tua 60 metr i'w chyffordd a llwybr troed 28 Brychdyn yn SJ 3040 5365.
Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 01 Mehefin 2021 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod o chwe mis, neu gynt os bydd y gwaith wedi'i gwblhau, ond ni chaiff barhau am fwy na 6 mis.

NOTICE OF MAKING OF AN ORPER SECTION 14 ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Wrexham County Borough Council (Broughton Public Footpath 29) Temporary Prohibition Of Pedestrians Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that Wrexham County Borough Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 has made an order which prohibits any person (with the exception of any contractor necessarily proceeding to or from the said works or to any pedestrian requiring access to any premises situated on or adjacent to the public footpath) from proceeding along Broughton Public Footpath 29 commencing from its junction with Cemey Road at SJ 3038 5394 and continuing generally south for approximately 310 metres to its junction with Broughton footpath 28 on Woodland Road at SJ 3040 5365. The reason for the closure is because works are proposed to be executed on or near to the footpath.
The alternative route commences from Broughton footpath 29 at its junction with Cemey Road at SJ 3038 5394 and continues generally south east along Cerney Road for approximately 80 metres to its junction with Bryn Road at SJ 3045 5389 and then generally south along Bryn Road for approximately 230 metres to the junction with Francis Road at SJ 3048 5367 and then generally south west along Francis Road and Brake Road for approximately 110 metres to the junction of Woodland Road at SJ 3040 5360 and then generally north along Woodland Road for approximately 60 metres to the junction with Broughton footpath 28 at SJ 3040 5365.
The Order will come into force on 01 June 2021 and will continue in force for a period of 6 months, or until the earlier completion of the works, subject to a maximum duration of 6 months.
