At bob perchennog, prydlesai, tenant neu feddiannydd honedig o unrhyw ran o dir a ddisgrifir isod, ac i bwy bynnag arall a fynno wybod.
Mae cais wedi'i wneud i Gyngor Bwrdeistraf Sirol Wrecsam gan Rebecca Coupe o 7 Hillcrest, Penley, Wrecsam LL13 ONL dan Adran 15 (2) Deddf Tiroedd Comin 2006 ac yn unol 8 Rheoliadau Tiroedd Comin (Cofrestru Meysydd Tref neu Bentref) (Trefniadau Interim) (Cymru) 2007 ("Rheoliadau 2007°). Mae'r cais yn ceisio cynnwys y tir a ddisgrifir yn yr Atodlen isod ar gofrestr meysydd tref a phentref, ac sydd yn honni ei fed wedi'i gymhwyso i'w gofrestru fel maes tref neu bentref yn rhinwedd defnydd y tir fel hawl preswylwyr yr ardal yn unol 8 chwaraeon a difyrion cyfreithiol, ac am gyfnod sydd yn o leiaf 20 mlynedd cyn 19 Rhagfyr 2019.

Dylai unrhyw unigolyn sydd yn dymuno gwrthwynebu cofrestru'r tir fel maes tref neu bentref anfon datganiad o ffeithiau y mae'r gwrthwynebiad wedi'i seilio amo at Awdurdod Cofrestru Tiroedd Comin, Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam, Neuadd Y Dref, Wrecsam, LL111AY ar neu cyn 18 Rhagfyr 2020 (Cais VG13A). Notice of an application for the registration of land as a Town or Village Green
To every reputed owner, lessee, tenant or occupier of any part of the land described below, and to all others whom it may concern.
Application has been made to Wrexham County Borough Council by Rebecca Coupe of 7 Hillcrest, Penley, Wrexham LL13 0NL under Section 15 (2) of the Commons Act 2006 and in accordance with the Commons (Registration of Town or Village Greens) (Interim Arrangements) (Wales) Regulations 2007 ("the 2007 Regulations"). The application seeks the inclusion in the register of town and village greens of the land described in the Schedule below which is claimed to have qualified for registration as a town or village green green by virtue of the use of the land as of right by inhabitants of the locality for the pursuance of lawful sports and pastimes and for a period of at least 20 years prior to the 19th December 2019.
The application, which includes a plan of the land proposed for registration may be inspected at the following office Guildhall, Wrexham, LL11 1AY between the hours of Monday - Tuesday 10.00am - 3.00pm by appointment only. For an appointment please contact Legal Services by email

If the registration authority is satisfied the land described below qualifies for registration as a town or village green, it will so register the land.
Any person wishing to object to the registration of the land as a town or village green should send a statement of the facts on which the objection is based to Commons Registration Authority, Wrexham County Borough Council, Guildhall, Wrexham LL111AY on or before 18th December 2020 (Application VG13A). Any statements that are to be taken into account by the Authority in reaching a decision on the application cannot be treated as confidential and will be copied to the applicant for comment and may be disclosed to other interested parties.
