GORCHYMYN CEFNFFORDD YR A5 (GLYNDYFRDWY, SIR DDINBYCH) (TERFYN CYFLYMDER 30 MYA) 202-
MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn drwy arfer eu pwerau o dan adran 84(1) (a) a (2) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984.
Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd gosod terfyn cyflymder o 30 mya ar y darn o gefnffordd yr A5 yng Mglyndyfrdwy, Sir Ddinbych sy'n ymestyn o bwynt 146 o fetrau i'r gorllewin hyd at bwynt 427 o fetrau i'r gorllewin o ganolbwynt ei chyffordd 3'r ffordd ddiddosbarth sydd ag arwydd ar gyfer Rhewl a'r darn o'r gefnffordd sy'n ymestyn o bwynt 390 o fetrau i'r dwyrain hyd at bwynt 700 metr i'r dwyrain o ganolbwynt y gyffordd honno.
Yn ystod cyfnod o 21 o ddiwrnodau o 5 Mawrth 2020 ymlaen, gellir edrych ar gopi o'r Gorchymyn arfaethedig, y plan a Datganiad o'r Rhesymau dros wneud y Gorchymyn, yn ystod oriau agor arferol, yn Llyfrgell a Siop Un Alwad Llangollen, Y Capel, 19-21 Heol y Castell, Llangollen LL20 8NY neu gellir eu cael yn rhad ac am ddim o'r cyfeiriad isod gan ddyfynnu'r cyfeirnod qA1407354.
Rhaid anfon unrhyw wrthwynebiadau yn ysgrifenedig, gan nodi ar ba sail y'u gwneir, i: Y Gangen Orchmynion, Trafnidiaeth, Llywodraeth Cymru, Pare Cathays, Caerdydd CF10 3NQ neu drwy e-bost i Trafnidiaeth.YGangenOrchmynion@llyw.cymru erbyn 26 Mawrth 2020. Os ydych yn dymuno gwrthwynebu, cefnogi neu gyflwyno sylwadau, efallai y bydd arnom angen ymgynghori 3 phobl a sefydliadau y tu allan i Lywodraeth Cymru. THE A5 TRUNK ROAD (GLYNDYFRDWY, DENBIGHSHIRE) (30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2020
THE WELSH MINISTERS propose to make an Order in exercise of their powers under sections 84(1)(a) and 84(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to impose a 30 mph speed limit on the length of the A5 trunk road at Glyndyfrdwy, Denbighshire that extends from a point 146 metres west to a point 427 metres west of the centre-point of its junction with the unclassified road signed to Rhewl and the length of the trunk road that extends from a point 390 metres east to a point 700 metres east of the centre-point of that junction.
During a period of 21 days from 5 March 2020, a copy of the proposed Order, plan and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected during normal opening hours at Llangollen One Stop Shop & Library, The Chapel, 19-21 Castle Street, Llangollen LL20 8NY or may be obtained free of charge from the address below quoting reference number qA1407354.
Objections, specifying the grounds on which they are made, must be sent in writing to Orders Branch, Transport, Welsh Government, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3NQ or by e-mail to Transportordersb ranch ©gov. wales by 26 March 2020. Should you wish to object, support or make representations, we may need to consult with people and organisations outside of the Welsh Government. As part of the process of consulting with others we may pass information to them, including information you have given us and your personal data. We will, however, only disclose your personal details where it is necessary to do so to enable us to deal with issues you have brought to our attention. If you do not wish for certain personal data to be forwarded to third parties, you should state why when submitting your correspondence and the Welsh Ministers will copy the representations to the appropriate third parties with the name and address removed and if there is to be a public inquiry, the representations will be seen by the Inspector who may give them less weight as a result.
