WHITLEY - Philip Stephen October 11, 2021, passed away suddenly at his home in Llay, aged 69 years. Loving dad of Claire and Stephen, dearly loved partner to Christine, beloved son of Peggy and the late Thomas, devoted grandad to all his grandchildren, a treasured brother and brother-in-law. Funeral Service at St. Martin's Church, Llay, on Thursday, November 4, at 1pm followed by interment in Llay Cemetery.
