HORTON - Patricia peacefully passed away at her home on 20th September 2021, originally of Caergwrle, aged 80 Years. Beloved wife of the late Terry, much loved mum of Jayne, Helen, Tracey and Martin, a dear mother-in-law, a proud nanna, loving sister and sadly missed friend. Funeral service at St. Paul's Church, Pentre Broughton on Friday, 1st October 2021 at 11:30 am followed by interment at Broughton Cemetery.
