JUNE MARION O'BRIEN 13th February 2021. It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of June at Chester Countess hospital. Born and brought up in Wirral and married to the late John (Jack) O'Brien. Together they founded Jacks DIY Stores in Ermine Road Chester in 1969 and that led them to buy shops in Elton and Kingsway, Chester. She was devoutly religious, her faith meant everything to her; regularly attending Flint Evangelical Church. She is survived by her loving family including sons and daughters Marion, Heather, John and Martin, plus five grandchildren Claire, Shelley, Hayley, Andrew, Christopher, Kyan and great grandchildren, both in UK and New Zealand. Funeral service and committal at Northop Crematorium. Donations if desired towards Christians Against Poverty Reg. Charity 1097217. All enquiries: J. E. Davies & Son, 1-3 Halkyn Street, Flint.
