JONES ANN CHRISTINA JOHNSTONE Peacefully on 6th February 2020 at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, of Broughton Hall Care Home, formerly of Fleming Drive, Wrexham, aged 96 years. Beloved wife of the late Les, much loved mum of Patsy, Richard, Fiona and Catherine, an adored grandmother and great grandmother. Funeral Service at Pentrebychan Crematorium at 2:30pm on Thursday 27th February, 2020. Family flowers only please, donations if desired may be given in memory via the offertory plates for the British Heart Foundation and the Renal Unit at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
