JARVIS JIMMY (Jimmy the joiner) Sunday 28th December 2019, peacefully at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, of Rhos aged 91 years. Beloved husband of the late Doris. Loving dad of Mary, Bronwen, Tony, Heather and all their partners. Dearly loved taid, great taid and great great taid. Dear brother of the late Edward and a dear uncle to all his nephews. Jimmy will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service and committal at Pentrebychan Crematorium on Thursday 16th January at 3pm. I’m so sad to see this. I became friends with jimmy as we always used to be shopping in Iceland at the same day and time every week.
As I was going round I would always be waiting for him to come in and brighten up my day. He was such a joker and really touched my heart.
I have not seen him for about a month now and Iv been looking for him every week then reading this today brought many tears.
He would always talk about his wife and all his children and how much he loved all his grandchildren. He would give us chocolates every week out of his bag god bless him I would go home with pocket full of sweets and Turkish delights and twirls!
Then he would totter off to get his bacon bap and catch the bus back home.
A truly lovely gentleman.
