JONES ZOE Of Lon Celyn, Connah's Quay. Passed away at the Countess of Chester Hospital on Thursday 4th July 2019, aged 40 years. Devoted mum of Cameron, Rhys and Cerys Eve. She will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service and cremation at Flintshire Memorial Park on Tuesday 23rd July 2019 at 11:00 AM. Family flowers only please but donations may be given in Zoe's memory to Pancreatic Cancer U.K and the I.C.U at the Countess of Chester Hospital.
