GREEN CONSTANCE MURIEL (Connie) Peacefully on November 8th, 2018 at Wrexham Care Centre, aged 95 years. Beloved wife of the late Rex Greene and Jack Mott, sister to George (Jean) and Arthur Barker (Margaret), and the late Mavis Shepherd. Loving mother of Susan, and her husband Roger, in Canada, dear step-mother to Philippa, her husband Nick, and Christopher Greene. A much loved and proud Nanna of Jennifer, Neil, Michael, Becky, Jo, Rob, and eleven great grandchildren in Canada, the UK and Germany. Connie was loved and will be greatly missed by all family and friends. Service at Pentrebychan Crematorium, Wrexham, on Wednesday 28th November 2018 at 2:30pm. Family flowers only please, donations if desired may be given in memory of Connie to the Alzheimer's Society or the Wrexham Care Centre.
