JACKSON PAMELA (née - Morgan) 6th November 2018, peacefully at home with her family and friends by her side following a two year battle with illness, fought with great courage and dignity. Much loved wife of Tony, loving mum of Lissa and Helen, proud grandma of Olivia, Evie, James and Ellis, dear mother-in-law to Trevor and Darren. Funeral Service at Pentrebychan Crematorium at 2:00 pm on Friday 16th November, 2018. Family flowers only please, donations if desired may be given in memory of Pam via the Offertory Plates for Alyn Family Doctors, Gresford, in recognition of the skilled and dedicated work carried out by the District Nursing staff in the final week of Pam's life.
