Wrexham's scheduled National League fixture at Ebbsfleet United on Saturday has been postponed.
The game between the two play-off hopefuls is the latest to be claimed by the icy weather that has struck Britain this week.
A scheduled pitch inspection at Ebbsfleet's Kuflink Stadium was brought forward, with conditions rapidly worsening in the region.
This morning, due to the exceptional inclement weather, National League officials gave all member clubs permission to make early inspections.
And, in cases where the pitch is already clearly frozen, a match official did not need to make an unnecessary trip to visit to the ground to make a call for postponement.
A club statement issued by Ebbsfleet United said: "As would be obvious to anyone living locally to the Ebbsfleet ground, the deteriorating weather conditions meant there is zero chance of the pitch being playable by Saturday and, as such, Ebbsfleet United, in consultation with the National League and Wrexham, decided to postpone the match now."
No new date for the fixture has been confirmed.
