North Wales Crusaders will travel to face Featherstone Rovers on Tuesday evening following the postponement of Sunday's home fixture.

The fourth round clash at the Queensway Stadium had been scheduled for a 2.30pm kick-off but was cancelled because of poor weather conditions.

An inspection of the pitch and surrounding areas at the stadium resulted in the decision to postpone, with the fixture now switched to Featherstone's ground.

Crusaders CEO Andy Moulsdale commented: “Obviously it is not ideal for all concerned, however, we can’t help the weather – and with Queensway being unavailable for the midweek date we had to make a decision.

“I have personally spoken to all the lads and coaches and made sure the squad won’t be affected by the change.

“We have already got a league fixture to catch up on, and this was the best date for Mike Grady and the lads.

“Whilst I understand that the situation is not ideal for supporters, on this occasion we had no other option and I hope that supporters who are available will travel to support us on Tuesday.”

Tuesday night’s game will kick-off at 7.30pm with admission priced at £10 adults, £10 concessions and £5 under 16s.
