CRAIG HARRISON has returned to Welsh football after being appointed as Bangor City's new manager.
Despite Bangor's relegation to the Cymru Alliance, Harrison, linked with both Wrexham and Chester in the past, has jumped at the chance to manage the Citizens.
The former Airbus and The New Saints boss, who was most recently with Hartlepool United, said: "It's a pleasure to be here. It's a big club.
"I know the history of the club and it's the biggest domestic Welsh league club, whatever league it may be in.
"I'm looking forward to being back in football and back in Wales."
Bangor will be expected to return to the Welsh Premier League at the first time of asking next season, Harrison confident he can cope with those expectations after five and a half years with The New Saints.
"I feel happy and confident in my own skin regarding pressure to win football matches," said Harrison, who won six league titles and four Welsh Cup titles with Saints.
Harrison's first signing sees the return of striker Les Davies, who rejoins after leaving Bala Town.
