Tom North struck 45 as Mold (132-4) made it two wins from two by beating Llay Welfare (127-4) by five runs, while Kingsley Knights (123-7) defeated Marchwiel and Wrexham (115-4) by eight runs.

Hawarden Park are up and running after they defeated visiting Academicals by eight wickets.

Rich Warburton's half century helped Academicals post 114 for six, a total which Hawarden eased past with the help of Liam Naylor's 48.

Red Lion remain without a point after they lost at Tarporley by three wickets.

James Birch (51) and Chris Moss (49 not out) were in the runs as Red Lion posted 134 for five, but that wasn't enough as Tarporley responded with 135 for seven.

Brymbo Brewers and Saughall maintained their perfect starts to the Division Two season with respective victories over Mynydd Isa and Cornerhouse.

The Brewers (117-5) overcame Mynydd Isa (96-7) by 21 runs, while Saughall (143-9) defeated Cornerhouse (115-9) by 28 runs.

West Cheshire Xbatters (137-2) were also victorious as they beat HGWCC (135-9) by eight wickets, while Chester Lions (191-4) overcame Golden Eagle (140-5) by 51 runs.

In Division Three, Gwersyllt Park (78-1) won a low scoring contest with Halkyn (77) by nine wickets, while West Kirby Wasps (136-1) saw off Cross Keys (132-6) by the same margin and Manor Athletic (140-3) defeated Gresford (136-4) by seven wickets.

Ed Rimmer struck 50 as Castle Square Cutters (119-0) cruised to a 10-wicket home success over Outlaws (117-7) in Division Four.

Northop Hall (77-4) recorded a six-wicket win against Bromborough (76-8) and Saightonians (113-7) overcame Abergele (109-9) by three wickets.

Oakmere were awarded two points after Burton failed to raise a side, while Dodleston claimed a walkover win against Frodsham, who couldn't field a team in Division Five.

Bank of America and Wirral lead the fifth-tier after they won at Shotton and Oak Tree Outlaws respectively.

Shotton (101) failed to chase down Bank of America's 120 for eight to lose by 19 runs, while Wirral (144-4) defeated the Outlaws (107-3) by 37 runs.

Buckley made it a hat-trick of Division Six victories as they beat Defib (98-6) by 24 runs after posting 122 for eight.

MP Plumbing (127-3) were also winners, overcoming Chester Taverners (126-7) by seven wickets.
