Buckley Town fought out a goal-less encounter with Holyhead Hotspur.
Phil Molyneux stood out for the hosts and he came close to breaking the deadlock midway through the first half but was denied by the crossbar.
The second period failed to see either side make headway and the game fizzled out with neither keeper seriously tested.
Leaders Llangefni Town started sprightly at LEX XI and took and early lead through Richard Owen.
LEX hit back however moments later when a long throw from Shaun Jones was turned in by Kevin Roberts. LEX then had a Darren Hignett goal ruled out for an infringement as they started to look the sharper side.
Town were reduced to ten men when Marcus Orlick was shown a red card following a two footed tackle but despite playing the whole of the second half with only ten men, they upped the tempo to lead 3-1 with Darren Thomas weighing in with a brace of goals before sub Jack Jones reduced scored in stoppage time.
The Llandudno versus Ruthin Town turned out to be slightly one sided with the hosts comfortably winning 4-1. Their marksmen were Lee Thomas (2), Gareth Evans and Andy Roberts all after Dafydd Jones had provided Ruthin with an 11th minute lead.
At The Oval, Caernarfon Town flopped to their third defeat in four starts against a Mold Alex side who are enjoying their best ever start in the Cymru Alliance after a 3-2 win.
The Canaries did take an early lead through Mark Roberts but the same player tripped Simon Holloway and Mark Pritchard levelled from the spot. An own goal put Mold in the driving seat and Holloway extended their lead with an exquisite half volley on the hour mark.
Anthony Bowden added a second goal for the hosts but some resolute defending by Mold earned them three deserved points.
Flint Town were held up by an heroic goal-keeping display by Ben Heald as Llanfair PG looked as if they were going to return home with a point.
Heald twice thwarted Sean Beck and then Mike Thelwell. The visitors defence was eventually breached on 70 minutes when Beck netted from close range, they doubled their tally through an own goal and very late in the game, Johnny Hill converted a cross from Matty Roberts.
Gresford Athletic trailed at the break at Berriew but Enion Edwards squared matters in the first action of the second. Gresford then let in three goals in the final four minutes of the game.
Guilsfield shared eight goals and the points with Denbigh Town who hit back late on through James Duffy and Liam Jones after Ian Evans and Kevin Evans had kept them in touch.
Penrhyncoch neanwhile were held to a goal-less draw by Bethesda.
