CHESTER head to Warrington Town today looking for a three-point return that could push them back into the top four in the National League North play-off zone.
The Blues are on an eight-match unbeaten sequence, but Harrison Burke is just focused on victories.
Burke (pictured above) told the Seals Podcast: “We just don’t want to get into the whole unbeaten thing again like we did last season.
“We want to more focus on wins, because last season I think we were unbeaten after Christmas for like seven games or something, but they were like seven draws, so it just depends what unbeaten means and how far it goes.
“Because, what’s that, seven points from seven games? You could win three, lose four and get more points.
“So, just need to focus on winning the games and hitting the points targets.”
Scarborough moved above the Blues after a 1-0 win at Darlington on Saturday night.
Scunthorpe still lead the way from Tamworth on goal difference.
The Iron won 2-0 at Farsley and Tamworth were 2-1 winners at Rushall Olympic.
Other results: Blyth Spartans 2 South Shields 1; Peterborough Sports 4 Bishop’s Stortford 2.
Today’s other fixtures: Brackley v Banbury; Boston v King’s Lynn; Buxton v Alfreton; Hereford v Gloucester; Southport v Curzon Ashton.
