FULHAM v WATFORD

NICK HARRISON: United stopped Watford in their tracks and Fulham might just do the same at Craven Cottage. If Seri gets some space he could create havoc for The Hornets. 2-1

TOM NORRIS: Before the season this wouldn’t have been high on many neutrals must-see list, but it promises to have plenty of goalmouth action. Neither is shy in going forward and it could be a hectic 90 minutes. 2-2

DAN HEALD: Losing 3-0 at City was no disgrace and a talented Fulham side could have just enough to match the hard-working Hornets 2-2

BURNLEY v BOURNEMOUTH

NH: Fraser’s on fire for Bournemouth while Burnley are a shadow of the side that performed so well last season. Dyche has big problems but all he can hope for is a point. 2-2

TN: Eddie Howe’s Cherries are doing what Burnley did last season. Bournemouth will want to continue their fine start and heap more misery on Sean Dyche’s strugglers’, who were very poor at Wolves last week. 1-2

DH: Two sides with markedly different confidence levels right now. The buoyant Cherries look strong with Fraser a useful and potent outlet. Joe Hart’s resurgence could earn the Clarets a point. 1-1

CARDIFF CITY v MANCHESTER CITY

NH: This is a classic tale of two ‘Citys.’ The pace of Sterling and Sane will be key for the champions, who won’t find it easy in South Wales. 1-2

TN: Pep’s boys beat Cardiff 2-0 in the FA Cup last season and that was without playing a striker for half of the game. Cardiff fight hard, but lack top-flight class - something City ooze with regarding of their starting XI. 0-3

DH: Some bad blood here from last season’s ill-tempered cup clash. Expect City to rise above it and heap more misery on Warnock’s uninspiring Bluebirds. 1-3

CRYSTAL PALACE v NEWCASTLE UNITED

NH: These are the kind of games you expect Palace to ease through. But when that’s the case, they lose. Newcastle have to come good at some stage and today may be the day. 1-2

TN: Things look pretty bleak for Rafa’s Newcastle but that’s usually when the Spaniard produces some of his best work. Palace will cause plenty of problems and three points looks on the cards for Roy’s boys. 2-0

DH: Zaha is a matchwinner and can prove to be the difference here against the winless Geordies. 2-1

LEICESTER CITY v HUDDERSFIELD

NH: Cracking game for The Foxes to get last week’s south coast shambles out of the system. The good news for them is captain Morgan is out because he’s looking more like a Championship player these days. 3-1

TN: Leicester’s poor players had to get a coach to Bournemouth rather than fly, so that accounts for their awful showing, right? The Foxes are better than that and need to prove a point against a Terriers’ side staring relegation in the face. 3-0

DH:Devoid of creativity and intent, Huddersfield look doomed already. Expect the Foxes to atone for their mauling at Bournemouth 3-1

LIVERPOOL v SOUTHAMPTON

NH: Salah’s not done much so far this season and what better chance against Sparky’s Saints to burst back onto the scene. He’ll get a couple in what will be a high-scoring win. 4-1

TN: Klopp might opt to rotate his starting XI but that won’t matter one bit against the Saints, who will attempt to keep things tight. Mane will come back to haunt his former side in another win for one of the early pacesetters. 2-0

DH: Liverpool welcome their feeder team to Anfield. Van Dijk, Clyne, Mane, Lallana - the Saints have been pillaged in recent seasons. I can’t see Mark Hughes' side getting their revenge this weekend. 3-1.

MANCHESTER UNITED v WOLVES

NH: What has happened to Sanchez? His work ethic can never be faulted but it’s sad to see someone with so much class looking so bad. The same can be said about United but they’ll still sneak it. 2-1

TN: One thing’s for sure, Mourinho’s men won’t get an easy ride from an open, expansive and adventurous Wolves, who will see this as a free-hit. United have enough quality but it will be tight. 2-1

DH: Hopefully Wolves will utilise their attacking strengths and bring United out of their shell. An open game would cheer the Old Trafford faithful, who’ve been subjected to some dull displays from their side. 3-1

BRIGHTON v TOTTENHAM

NH: Spurs are having a bad time and amazingly, some people are doing the unthinkable, and criticising Kane. It’s a good time to Brighton to play them but can’t see them winning. 2-2

TN: Pochettino’s back is up and Tottenham are below the standards they’ve set in recent seasons. The World Cup hasn’t helped Spurs but Brighton won’t be taking pity on them and The Seagulls are strong at home. 2-2

DH: Rumours of fatigue among the Spurs squad are hardly surprising given the lack of rotation from Pochettino, but expect his side’s quality to overcome a hard-working but unspectacular Brighton side. 1-2

WEST HAM UNITED v CHELSEA

NH: The Hammers get their confidence back and then Chelsea come along and play them off the park. Chelsea will have to fight for the three points but they’ll get them with Giroud the star man. 1-3

TN: The Hammers picked up a welcome win last Sunday at Everton, but things won’t as straightforward against in-form Hazard and co. Played five, won five is a fair start from Sarri in England and it’s hard to back against that becoming the perfect half-a-dozen. 1-2

DH: A rested Eden Hazard is a dangerous prospect for a Hammers side who looked to have stopped the rot. There’s a lot to like about Sarri’s side this season and I’ll back them to edge this one. 1-2

ARSENAL v EVERTON

NH: There’s no Silva lining at Everton , just grey clouds around Goodison after that appalling performance against West Ham. It’s the worst Everton back four I’ve ever seen so fill your boots, Arsenal! 4-1

TN: Arsenal are starting to find some form, even if some of their defending leaves a lot to be desired. Much can be said of Everton after last week’s horror show and the Toffees will come unstuck in the capital. 2-1

DH: A ‘Both teams to Score’ banker for any weekend betting coupon. Defence seems to be an afterthought for both of these clubs, but Arsenal have at least shown some consistency this season. 3-1
