JADE JONES added another gold medal to her collection with victory at the World Taekwondo Grand Prix.
The double Olympic champion beat Spain's Marta Calvo Gomez 14-12 in the -57kg final to record victory in Rome.
"I'm absolutely buzzing to have won gold in Rome," said Flint ace Jones. "The stadium was amazing and the fans were amazing with everyone cheering for me.
"It felt like the London Olympics to be honest, I truly enjoyed it and it's amazing to come out on top.
"When you win by fine margins it just makes things that much better.
"I've really started enjoying it again, you go through phases where you're expected to win all the time and you're scared of losing.
"Now I'm enjoying it and thriving of it and I think it shows."
Jones' close friend, Bianca Walkden, had to settle for bronze after losing to Aleksandra Kowalczuk in her +67kg semi-final, while Bradly Sinden and Lauren Williams also clinched third placed finishes.
