RGC have bolstered their pack for next season with the signing of prop Joel Ringer.

The 21-year-old in a product of the Cardiff Blues youth and Toulon Academies and is the son of former Welsh international Paul Ringer.

There was more good news from the Gogs as a number of talented current squad members have signed extensions for the new Principality Premiership campaign.

The influential pair of Evan Yardley and Wales U20 international Sam Wainwright have agreed to stay on, while Curtis Reynolds, Jordan Scott and hooker Rhys Williams also provided head coach Mark Jones with a welcome boost ahead of the summer.

Talented youngsters Dan Owen, Efan Jones and Cam Davies will be part of the set-up next year, with the gifted quartet of Iolo Evans, winger Rhys Williams, Danny Cross and Sam Jones settling their respective futures at the earliest opportunity.

The ultra-consistent Tom Hughes will look to add to his fine history of success with the club after agreeing terms, while squad mainstays Robin Williams, Will Bryan, Tim Grey and Harri Evans also reaffirmed their commitment to the ambitious outfit.
