Once again the Leader’s sports writers go head-to-head to predict the outcome of the weekend's top-flight games.

With three points for predicting the correct score, or one for the correct match outcome (win/lose/draw), let us know your thoughts on this weekend’s action.

WEST BROM v LIVERPOOL

NICK HARRISON: Two wins on the bounce for The Baggies? I wouldn’t bet against it, especially with Liverpool playing a Champions League semi-final next Tuesday. Why would you risk playing Salah and Firmino in this? 2-1

TOM NORRIS: Darren Moore has instilled belief in the Baggies, but you need more than belief to beat Liverpool, even if they have one eye on the Champions League semi-finals. Salah to continue his scoring form. 1-3

DAN HEALD: The golden boot shoot-out between Salah and Kane adds some intrigue to the run-in and I’ll back the Egyptian to enhance his prospects. 0-3

WATFORD v CRYSTAL PALACE

NH: If someone sent me a poll to ask which former England boss has done better? Allardyce or Hodgdson? I’d have to go for the latter especially if a win at Watford keeps them up. 2-1

TN: Exactly the sort of game Palace will be glad they have left this season as they fight against relegation. Watford’s players are likely to be thinking about which designer sunglasses to buy for their holidays. Zaha to inspire the Eagles. 1-2

DH: Palace aren’t out of the woods yet, but their win against Brighton will fill them with confidence. Conversely, Watford were hit by a sucker punch after dominating against Huddersfield. Zaha to inspire a Palace win. 1-2

ARSENAL v WEST HAM UNITED

NH: The Gunners will, like Liverpool, have Europe on their minds but they still should have enough to nail The Hammers. 2-0

TN: David Moyes has done a sound job with the Hammers and he won’t be fazed by this clash. Carroll starting could give the Gunners plenty to ponder, but they should have just enough to win, even with Europa League duty on their minds. 2-1

DH: With the Europa League semis looming, don’t expect Wenger to be too cavalier with his team selection. Their big-hitters should at least play some part and will fancy their chances against Joe Hart whose confidence looks shot. 3-1

STOKE CITY v BURNLEY

NH: Stoke were so close to getting a win at West Ham and maybe they’ll have more luck against another team in claret and blue tomorrow. Crouch could be the match-winner for The Potters. 2-1

TN: One more win could be enough to secure Burnley a seventh-placed finish so Stoke won’t be expecting any let up from Sean Dyche’s side. Stoke need wins now with time running out, but it’s hard to see one here. 0-1

DH: It’s do or die for Stoke who need at least three wins from their remaining games to survive. With their own Europa league ambitions to play for, the Clarets won’t be in a charitable mood. 1-2

MANCHESTER CITY v SWANSEA CITY

NH: It’s all set up for the promotion party where the City players can put on another show. It all depends on how fab Fabianski is for The Swans because the title-winners could easily run amok. 4-1

TN: Champions or not, City won’t want the season to fizzle out with an eye on 100 points and 100 goals. Sterling, Jesus, Sane and De Bruyne will be too much for Swansea to handle. 4-0

DH: Guardiola will expect a champagne performance from his side befitting their now-confirmed champions status. This could be damage limitation for Swansea, who face two of their relegation-threatened rivals in the run-in. 4-1

EVERTON v NEWCASTLE UNITED

NH: Everton have to win for Allardyce’s sake and that will play right into Benitez’s hands. Sometimes you look forward to a Monday night match but not this one. 1-1

TN: It’s been suggested that Everton could look to bring Benitez to Goodison in the summer, and even with his Liverpool connections they could do far worse. The Toon Army will fancy this. 1-1

DH: Toffees fans being asked to rate Allardyce in a poll was never going to see him lavished with praise, was it? Rafa will enjoy his Merseyside return and can tactically outwit Big Sam. 1-2
