ANDY MORRELL wants maximum effort from his players so Wrexham take as many points as possible from their four league games before Christmas.
Tomorrow's clash at Kidderminster Harriers is the first of three matches in eight days, with Wrexham heading to Alfreton Town on Tuesday before Nuneaton visit The Racecourse next Saturday.
After facing Solihull Moors in the FA Trophy, Wrexham then travel to leaders Grimsby Town on December 21 for the last game before Christmas.
“They are four key league games,” said Morrell. “If we can get through those positively, then great, and we can look towards the Christmas period.
“There are two mini-leagues – the four league games before Christmas and the four after. I have said to the players – let's go full tilt and give it a right good go for these next four, followed by a little break, and then four again.
“Let's give it everything and if we can get those eight games out of the way and still be right in amongst it, then good.
“On the other side of Christmas you want to be in the pack or around it. If we can be there, you look forward to the run-in then.”
Morrell, who made seven changes for last week's FA Trophy win over Rushall Olympic, can call upon Neil Ashton, Chris Westwood, Jay Harris and Danny Wright.
