EIGHT players have been released following Wrexham's second successive promotion-winning campaign.
The club made the announcement when it released its list of retained players.
Boss Phil Parkinson says players had to leave so he can make new signings in the summer.
While success was gained by the men's first team, a couple of other sides just missed out on silverware.
Wrexham Youth were pipped to the league title as they lost out to Stockport County in their final match.
Meanwhile, Wrexham's women gave a terrific display in their Welsh Cup final loss to treble-winners Cardiff City.
