Three men wanted on suspicion of robbery in Wrexham on Monday afternoon have been arrested.

Police were called at about 1.20pm on Monday after three men went into the O2 store in Regent Street and stole a large quantity of phones before making off in a VW Passat.

DS Paul Kelly, of North Wales Police, said: "The suspects vehicle was stopped in Warrington by Cheshire Police this afternoon and three men arrested.

"They will be transferred to Wrexham for questioning in due course."
