Armed Police officers have arrested a man who was making threats with a machete.
Officers from Cheshire and North Wales Armed Alliance unit were called to Connah's Quay yesterday after reports were made of a man with a weapon.
The male was arrested and the weapon was taken by officers.
A dog handler was also on the scene.
The AAP twitter account tweeted: "Deployment for the night shift ARV's and dog handler this evening in #connahsquay after reports of a male making threats with a machete. Male arrested and machete recovered @ChNWPoliceDogs @NWPNorthFlint @NWPolice #oneteam"
